1.What forms of payment do you accept?
pay pal, money orders , and cash .we only accept checks from organizations will be a $50.00 charge and including amount outstanding owed banks fees and attorney fees, if check is not in good standing. if you have cash please have correct change as we do not carry cash most of the time
2. Do you require deposit?
yes, for orders over $300.00 we require a nonrefundable deposit of $25.00 booking fee.
3. Are we (customer) responsible if unit is damaged?
Yes, if its due to not following safety precautions and if you move the slide on your own . You will be given a sheet that list these precautions in detail.
4. How many days in advance do i need to reserve a bounce?
sooner the better they go fast so you are able to lock in the unit you want. We do have from time to time last minute rentals.
5. We are having a fundraiser can you help in anyway?
Yes, we can!! we will check into that fundraiser and offer our services. We love to help local causes near and dear to all of us.

7. Do you have a reward or referral program?
yes, 5 successful referrals (resulting in rental) gets you a free modular bounce rental or $100 credit on a water slide or combo unit , you must use this within 30 days after your 5th successful referral. We will notify you as soon as 5th referral is made.please fill free to ask us anytime how many referrals you have received.
Reward program for repeat customers rent from us the 6th time and receive a $100 credit on your 6th order. must rent in consecutive years.no skipping years if YOU is skipped it voids credit.
8. Is there a weight limit?
Yes, each slide is different . We have slides that can hold up to 750 lbs combined weight and some smaller ones.

10. Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free up to a certain mileage and pricing varies. We deliver to Opp, Enterprise, Red Level, Andalusia, Gantt, Carolina Community, Pleasant Home, Kinston, Elba, Luverne,Brantley, Rutledge, Samson, and many more.. Just give us a call!
11. what is your cancellation policy? We ask that you give us 72 hours notice. we like to plan our route in detail and schedule drop off times .
